DescriptionThe Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals is a public organisation that manages the audiovisual media of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Grup d’Emissores de Catalunya Ràdio, in addition to the digital contents created by these media sources. It does this in compliance with its mission to act as a public service and with a firm commitment to quality, independence and the promotion of Catalan language and culture. It also forms part of the Fundació La Marató de TV3, which promotes social awareness and biomedical research.

Participation in H2020 projects
The CCMA is looking for partners to participate in innovative EU-wide projects, most importantly within the H2020 program.
Our main lines of interest:
- Online video publishing, on mobile, connected TV and responsive websites
- Big data processing, including audience activity, content recommendation, automatic A/V analysis
- We have an extensive tagged document database of hundreds of thousands of A/V items in broadcast quality
- Accessible interfaces on multiple platforms
- IP-based A/V delivery of broadcast quality content (100Mb/s or more)
