Flexible electronics (also known as printed or organic electronics) refers to the manufacture of electronic circuits on flexible substrates by means of printing techniques.
This technology is intended to replace the traditional rigid silicon-based technology so as to meet various recently emerged needs such as those for flexible screens and smart cards and textiles. In this connection, CETEMMSA is a member of the European Organic Electronics Association (OEA) and specialises in the printing of electronic circuits (circuitry, resistances, diodes, antennas, condensers, etc.) and sensors on flexible substrates (plastics, textiles and paper) using conductive, semiconductive and dieletrical inks.
