DescriptionWe are a young and innovative public university focused on Telecommunications and Computer Science located within the vibrant 22@ technological district of Barcelona. We have a diversified portfolio of technologies in many fields of knowledge such networking, wireless communications, multimedia, image and music processing, medical imaging, interactive technologies, artificial intelligence, data mining, and computational neuroscience, among others. Our 15 research groups develop technologies in different stages of maturity, which represents great opportunities for a wide range of partner profiles, from to a co-development agreement to a licensing contract of an owned patent. The university features modern facilities for both research and teaching, in close proximity to other research institutions, industry, technology start-up clusters, and government agencies.
