IT Solutions to monitor ICT Infrastructures and Services. OSS/BSS.

In the MWC Brokerage Event 2015 we offer our IT Solutions to Monitor and Support Operations of ICT Infrastructures and Services, including Field Services Management cases.
We perform turn key projects to provide - building it if necessary - this solutions, that we assemble or construct with own – LIMS, TRAMS,… – , third-party – like Tivoli Netcool – or open source – like Zabbix– products, that are integrated each other and / or with other systems. If needed, we develop ‘ad-hoc’ software to implement required capabilities and extent or to enhance capabilities existing on this products.
On this solutions - provided by us or by others - we perform additional services like consulting, testing or activities related to support and maintenance.
Recently we have included in our Monitoring & OSS solutions Batch Data Analytics based on Big Data and Real Data Analytics based on Complex Event Process.
We have identified Smart Cities as an environment where this and other technologies joined that we know and we use on Monitoring & OSS and on other portfolio of Tecsidel could be applied
